'Such a lovely change from the usual! We loved sitting on the porch looking out onto the beautiful rolling countryside. Nights were quiet and dark. TV/WIFI were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was cozy, but fine. Queensize bed. Excellent communication. Fine parking. Only minus for us was that the sheets were of linen ... not a pleasant skin feel for me.'

'Thank you for a lovely, peaceful stay in your off-grid space, so thoughtfully laid out and welcoming. Kaipara Flats is a special place, and so conveniently near to the humming town of Warkworth, plus to the beautiful Kaipara Hills. Thank you again'

'We really enjoyed oyr stay away here. Feels incredibly secluded and private. Loved the little thouches, breakfast in tbe fridge, home grown lemons and the room warmed before we areived.'

'The place was absolutely splendid! And amazing night away where we got to sit outside by the fire and it was the best night for stargazing. The local Pizza Barn is so worth it too Overall and incredible night at such an incredible place!'
