'We arrived at the location at approximately 430 pm and several other family members arrived approximately 30 minutes later. When we conducted an initial walk-thru of the property, we were attempting to determine sleeping arrangements for our party when we noticed a series of issues throughout the house that clearly indicated the home had not been cleaned or prepped for our upcoming stay. 'The view is great and the house was clean but the property has wear and tear. Also the grill needs to be replaced. I would give it 4.5 but only 4 or 5 is available. There were enough issues which prevents me from giving it a 5.'

'We absolutely loved our stay here! It was so peaceful, serene, with plenty of space for our holiday family gathering! Chris was so responsive and provided us with helpful communication throughout our stay. Seamless process, wonderful home, and the heated pool was icing on the cake! Our pups loved it there too! 'Spotless, not much for amenities but they were clear about that. Staff were great about dropping off more towels and one staff member, on her day off, went to the store and bought some clothes hangers as there were none in the unit.
