'An absolutely perfect place to stay in the Newmarket area! Gorgeous decor, attentive staff, we just loved it! Highly highly recommend going to the restaurant on the third floor for dinner! The food is incredible. The view is even more incredible! Breakfast was full of flavour and healthy portions! I can’t say enough about this place. Thank you!'

'Room was tidied, but the floors could have been cleaner. The carpet was not clean.'

'I was concerned that there were no grab bars in our bathtub. For my original shower, the bathtub was not draining well and with no safety mat for the tub, it was quite slippery. We got the drainage fixed and a tub mat delivered. That made for a safer shower. When I phoned down to the desk to ask about changing rooms for one with bathtub grab bars, I was told that none were available. Given the number of seniors travelling, Monte Carlo Inns might want to make some changes.'
