Spread across three spacious floors, the home offers an exceptional combination of shared gathering spaces and private bedrooms, giving larger groups plenty of room to spend time together without feeling crowded. Spend sunny days beside the private seasonal pool, enjoy drinks at the covered outdoor bar, relax across multiple decks, or gather upstairs in the expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The first floor is perfect for easy poolside living, with a comfortable living room, kitchenette and bar, plus convenient access to the outdoor entertaining area. This level also includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half bathroom.

The second floor is primarily dedicated to sleeping accommodations, with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a laundry room. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the fourth offers a full and twin bunk bed.

On the third floor, you`ll find the heart of the home: a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen features an oversized island with generous seating, while the adjoining dining and living spaces make it easy for everyone to come together. Two additional king bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom are also located on this level, along with access to the upper deck.

Outside, cool off in the private seasonal swimming pool, lounge poolside after a day at the beach, or gather around the covered outdoor kitchen and bar for a relaxed evening at home. Multiple decks provide even more space to enjoy the coastal air.

With 8 bedrooms, 7 full and 2 half bathrooms, multiple living spaces, an elevator, private pool and fantastic indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, this Dewey Beach home is made for group getaways.

The pool is seasonal and may not be available during your stay. We recommend checking with us before booking to confirm whether the pool will be open during your preferred dates and avoid any disappointment.

Please note that the primary guest must complete a rental agreement and identity verification through our secure third-party guest portal, SuiteOp, prior to arrival. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete verification and receive check-in information.

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
$65 per lost beach chair
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
