Great location and amenities
We spent 5 nights and it really met all our expectations. If the system would allow, I’d reduce the rating by half a star because the mattresses are not great. I know it’s expensive to replace for rentals but it’s the cost of business — they are very worn down. Otherwise, it was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. I liked the fridge had an ice maker so we didn’t have to do ice trays. The location cannot be beat with access to the beach right across a small street. The pool was great and we were alone there most times.
Great features: lovely patio that we used daily, easy parking, super close beach access, room for many people with all the beds, washer dryer (dryer might need some work), lots of plates and utensils, nice quiet pool.
Nitpicks (seriously these are just nitpicks that we were able to get along with): needs to improve mattresses, bathrooms are clean but anyone over 5’5” has to bend really low for bathroom sink, the provided body wash and soaps are super poor quality-bring your own, access to plugs in the bedrooms are not easy for people with CPAP and those wanting to plug in chargers - an extension power strip would have been great, night table in 2nd room barely held what I needed next to the bed, tvs worked but you are limited to the Dish channels, it says there as Netflix available but somehow the internet wasn’t connected and we didn’t have time to figure it out.
