'The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay.'

'The hotel was pretty nice, but the pool/outside area isn't the greatest and all you hear is traffic. Breakfast was really good. Rooms are comfortable. Check in was REALLY at the time they tell you - 4 p.m. and no earlier. Our room AC was not working and we did get a person to come fix it just a few minutes after calling. Hotel staff was very attentive and personally asked if we needed anything everytime we passed the hotel lobby and texted me a couple of times as well.
