At the entrance, you will be welcomed by a spacious outdoor area consisting of two private gardens, one in the front and one in the back, for a total of 145 m². Both are equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, and irrigation system, perfect for outdoor dinners or simply relaxing under the sun. The interior of the apartment is characterized by a bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table. The kitchen, fully equipped, offers all necessary appliances, including microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, and refrigerator, for total autonomy. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both with direct access to the back garden and equipped with spacious wardrobes. The beds, enriched with high-quality toppers, offer superior comfort, ensuring regenerative rest. The sleeping area is completed by two bathrooms: the first with bathtub/shower, WC, and bidet, the second with sink, WC, and bidet. The second bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV with entertainment apps, ideal for younger guests or moments of pure relaxation. Throughout the apartment, high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available, and both the living and sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort at all times. Check-in time for Oasis is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals from 7:00 PM until 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50.00 euros is provided. This apartment is subject to a security deposit of 200 E, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case of payment by card, the deposit will be refunded, in the absence of damages, via bank transfer within 3 working days.
