Each room has been designed to offer maximum privacy and comfort, with large wardrobes for personal belongings and soft lighting for a cosy atmosphere. The living area, modern and functional, features a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a cosy lounge with a sofa bed, ideal for an additional guest. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, plates and utensils to meet every culinary need, and a breakfast nook offering a wonderful view. The high-speed Wi-Fi connection and Smart TVs in every room allow guests to stay connected and enjoy multiple entertainment options such as movie streaming, sports and international television programmes. The main bathroom, recently renovated, offers a shower cubicle, sink, WC and bidet, reflecting the elegance that characterises the entire apartment. In addition, there is a service bathroom in the laundry room, which is particularly useful for long stays or families. From a week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be available to answer any questions about the apartment and surrounding area. The concierge will personally greet you upon arrival, escort you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay for any assistance. Upon departure, the concierge will bid you farewell and ensure your experience was perfect. The service is available via chat, guaranteeing fast and personalised assistance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a supplement of 50.00 E for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM. The apartment requires a security deposit of 250 E, payable in cash or by credit card. In the case of cash payment, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days, provided there are no damages. Please note that pets are not allowed.
