The Space:
The Room:
The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The Western Allure is the first of nine rooms available in this beautiful space. The one bedroom, one bathroom space is located in the front exterior of the house. Inside the room, guests will find a queen bed, seating area near the fireplace, TV, and bathroom with a shower. Next to the seating area, you’ll find a microwave and mini fridge.

The Space:
Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and communal areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor communal areas. The downstairs communal area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger communal area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside communal areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the private room and common areas throughout the property.

Getting Around:
For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go.

Cleanliness, Privacy, and Personal Service. We have augmented our already industry-leading cleaning and disinfecting protocol in order to put our guests at ease. You’ll have your own space to unwind, unplug and escape the news of the day. We have outfitted our cleaning crews with EPA recommended household disinfectants to prevent the spreading of viruses and bacteria.

• We no longer service complimentary breakfast.

• There is a complimentary coffee and tea bar in the common areas as well as Eldorado Spring Water.

• The hotel has an on-site manager who lives on the property grounds. The hotel also has security cameras in the lobby, upstairs common area, and the exterior of the property.
