Each of the three bedrooms is uniquely decorated with vibrant accents and comfortable beds. The primary suite offers a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features another queen bed, and the third offers a full-sized bed. A second full bathroom ensures everyone has ample space to refresh and relax.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. Guests will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, standing desk with monitor, fenced-in backyard, and a driveway that fits up to 1 car. **Guests do not have access to the garage**

• Guests will not have garage access during their stay.

• The fireplace does not function and is not for guest use.

• Bedroom overhead lights and fans are operated by individual remote controls on the wall next to the light switch (please always keep the light switch on). If a remote is lost, you will be charged $250 per remote for replacement.
