We`re only 20 minutes from DT Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Ball Arena, Empower Field, Meow Wolf, Boulder, CU Boulder, Sloan’s Lake, and Edgewater Marketplace. Additionally, we`re conveniently located between Denver International Airport and the mountains, making it easy to reach all the ski resorts! Sam’s Club & Costco are also just down the street for all your stocking-up needs. We are minutes from I-70, I-76, & I-25, making it easily accessible for you to explore all of Colorado.

You`ll find 4 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and soft towels in this home. 1 walk-in shower in the 2 primary bedrooms and 1 bathtub located on each level. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Q-tips, hair ties, and cotton pads for your group`s needs.

☆☆GARAGE/PARKING/EV CHARGING ☆☆
Our garage is equipped with an EV charger and offers entertainment with games like ping pong, giant Connect 4, giant Jenga, and cornhole.

Please park on the driveway or on the many street parking next to the house. Please be considerate and don’t park on our neighbor’s street parking.

You’ll have access to every room and feature in this home besides our owner’s closet.
Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Guests are granted access to the driveway or front off-street parking. The garage is designated for use as a game room, and parking inside is not permitted! Parking in garage will result in a $200 fine!

Absolutely no parties and no loud music after 10pm. This will cause you to pay a $5000 fee and removed from the Airbnb without a refund if there are any complaints! No exceptions!

Please avoid touching the water fountain, and make sure there are no cigarettes near the hot tub, sauna, and turf area. There will be a $100 charge per cigarette butt found in the yard.

NO DRINKS/FOOD IN THE HOT TUB. Drinking/eating in the hot tub will result in a $500 fine.
Anyone who abuses the hot tub resulting in a drain and fill will be charged $250.
Max capacity for hot tub is 6 people at a time.

Please note that any damage to the turf will incur a fine of up to $1,000.

Trash collection is on Thursday mornings. We would appreciate it if you put all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the bin with the blue lid located on the side of the driveway.

Traffic noise may be heard but is easily drowned out by the TV, some music or tv and by you having a good time with all of our amenities!

There will be an additional $50 charge per guest per night for parties exceeding 24 people.

Garage is a shared space. You can grab games back to your own backyard but please be considerate and bring back to the garage when not in use.
By booking this property you are acknowledging that you’ve read and understand the terms of use for the hot tub/sauna/ice bath/gym. It is your responsibility to ensure that every person in the house has read and understands the terms of use of the hot tub/sauna/ice bath/gym. If you plan to use the hot tub/sauna/ice bath/gym, every individual planning to use the hot tub/sauna/ice bath/gym MUST fill out the Hot Tub/Sauna/Ice Bath/Gym Liability Waiver below.

Please be respectful of neighbors and reduce any noise, especially outside, after 10pm. If we get a call from our neighbors or the police regarding noise or disruptive behavior, you will pay a $1000 fine and be kicked out of the property without a refund. Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fee for additional cleaning.

Please ensure you turn off the gas for the fire pit and grill immediately after use.

Please do not touch the lava rocks in the fire pit.

NO EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT. If these rules are violated then tenant is subject to $300 late or early check in fee.

We have a strict no pet policy so we can keep our place as clean as possible. If a tenant brings an unauthorized pet to the property, they are subject to a $500 fine.

No shoes allowed inside the home.

Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. A $500 fee will be applied for draining and refilling if the hot tub is excessively dirty.
