The house key is in the lockbox. You will receive the code when you arrive. There are two external doors and two external sliding windows.

Other Things to Note:

You will be required to provide identification for all adults staying at the home more than 7 days out of every 30.

You will be required to sign a month-to-month lease under Colorado law.

Weekly cleaning and laundry services are available for an extra fee.

Check In:
Our official check-in window is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM local time. During this time, our team is fully available to assist with door codes, locks, WiFi, and any arrival-related needs. If you choose to arrive after 8:00 PM, you may still use self check-in, but please understand that live support is not available after 8:00 PM. Any access issues, lock problems, or entry difficulties that occur after 8:00 PM will be addressed the following day.

By arriving after 8:00 PM, you accept full responsibility for delayed assistance and agree that no refunds or compensation will be issued for issues reported after 8:00 PM.
