« Such a cute place. Very tastefully decorated. Very clean. Sofa bed was quite comfortable for our 15 year old. Street parking was never a problem. A/C was great for a hot summer stay. We enjoyed the drive in movie down the street which was really fun and nostalgic! »

« Beautiful property and nice shaded trees. The river was great to sit in and it was nice having Paonia only 5 minutes away. If Big B's is having live music next door, you will hear it, but it didn't bother me. George is very nice and a great host as well. Definitely will be coming back. »

« We stayed here as our “base camp” for our family of four to visit the national park. It truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. The kitchen is great and has everything you need including all of those nice to haves that other rentals don’t. Think coffee grounds, k-cups, sweeteners, spices, etc. It just makes traveling on the road that much easier. The house was comfortable and each kid got their own room.
