Step inside and you'll find a bright and airy living room that boasts plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and the dining area, with a fully stocked coffee bar, is ideal for enjoying them. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with plush bedding, a full length mirror in the master, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. And then, enjoy a refreshing beverage while you fill up a bucket of ice from the freezer for beverages and head to the beach. We have a reverse osmosis filter under the sink so you do not have to buy water! We also have a children’s protective netting around the pool if you have small children.

The Leaf House can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, also available a foldable crib, perfect for families or groups of friends. Two bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom, providing the convenience of privacy and personal space. The 3rd bedroom has a bathroom located rignt next to it.

Outside you'll find a secluded backyard with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating with a fire pit, and a private pool, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. You'll also find a variety of outdoor and indoor games including Table Tennis, Cornhole, a giant Connect Four among other classic games to keep everyone entertained during your stay.

Within a 5 minute drive, you'll find the Atlantic Dune beach park which offers white sandy beaches with a lifeguard on duty and a variety of activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. You'll also have easy access with a 5 minute drive to popular stores like Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's, restaurants, kava bars, and entertainment options.
