'My kids and I absolutely loved our stay. Everything was so nice and comfortable. My only teeny tiny complaint was that the hot tub was a little yucky in daylight, with a ring around the top and a bit of hair in the foam. My kids did not care though!! All around, lovely stay.'

'This is a spectacular property overlooking the tidal Benjamin River, seen through the huge windows in the livingroom as well as from a nice outdoor deck, patios and expansive lawn with Adirondack chairs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very convenient to get to Deer Isle, Blue Hill and all the other nearby towns. Highly recommended!'

One of our favorite nights was cozying up together for a scary movie night—it felt just like home. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep for everyone. Having laundry on-site was such a convenient and appreciated accommodation. Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing family getaway!'

'We stayed with our extended family of 9 people and Suzanne’s house was absolutely perfect for us! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked better than mine at home! The house itself is spectacular. The enormous porch overlooking the bay was one of the most beautiful and relaxing setting I’ve ever experienced. We hope to be back soon. '

'This is such a unique property. The attitude and helpfulness of all the staff and the owners makes you feel like you have known them forever. The main house is open 24 hours for access to a full kitchen, living room, sitting room, office setup, laundry room and hot tub. There are snacks for guests (and their pups) out all the time, and a great fire pit with wood and fire starters which we used both nights of our stay. Property is an older site but insides are immaculate and cozily decorated.'

"Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
