'Check in very pleasant. The carpet in halls were very dirty. The rooms were clean but hot. The shower curtains were moldy and pillows lumpy. Enjoyed the coffee and all the bathroom amenities, nice thick towels.'

'There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.'

'Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.'

'Got this hotel last minute for the World Cup. The staff was more than amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.'

'Si bien era uno de los más baratos para una noche que obligatoriamente me tocó quedarme cerca de aeropuerto Kansas, fue una pésima experiencia habitación vieja mal olor parecía que saldrían muchos bichos casi ni dormir pude, además el recepcionista parecía un indu que no se hacía entender desde la máquina y el shuttle nunca llegó al aeropuerto porque tenías que llamarlo en fin pésimo'

'While the lady at the desk was exceptional I had a few problems. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I’m 49 and my son is 26 and we both woke up with stiff backs. Also, we didn’t use them, but the extra blankets in the closet were obviously used and just tossed on the shelf. Also the fridge didn’t get very cold. I wouldn’t trust it to keep food safe.'
