'Great stay'

'The front desk personnel was very rude at check in due to an issue with reservation via Expedia which is a third party. We asked for extra linen for the couch bed there was none in the room,it took hours to bring it up finally after several requests, the next morning there was NO breakfast due to no chef coming out we were told on Saturday, the carpets are dirty, one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. '

'I love Margaritaville hotels. I felt sorry for the staff. They were way understaffed especially considering it was the big players championship in town. There was a big lacrosse tournament. They had one girl at the front desk and she was working her tail off so shame on Management for allowing that the poor guy’s in ballet, you had to wait forever for your car because it was so busy it does affect your stay when you have to wait 45 minutes in line. 'Loved the size of the rooms, the kitchen, the amazing breakfast and the helpful staff. Only complaint would be to have more towels available.'

'When I showed up they said it was $70 extra for a room type change (I never changed the type and it was downgraded from 1 queen to 2 full beds). There were spider webs and wasps at the entry door. There was mold around the fan in the bathroom and window by the AC unit. The bathroom countertop was stained and it wreaked of smoke despite being a “no smoking” room. There were also 10 mattresses sitting by the dumpster. My wife and I immediately checked out and found another hotel.'

'Bathroom was disgusting. If we weren’t only staying one night we would have requested another room. Bathtub was stained and toilet was black in spots. This is unacceptable in a Marriott hotel, even lower tier.'
