'Had a great stay in the cozy place. There a lot of nearby places so it is a great location.'

'Our overall stay in Davao was superb, we were near SM Mall just few steps from our accomodation. Host Wena was nice and accomodating to our needs. Downside of our accomodation being called as “Modern” the A/C or aircon needs upgrading to split type, it was not cold at all. Some furnitures need upgrading too like the table in the bathroom was dilapidated already. '

'This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP'

'I do not recommend staying in this condotel at all. The property owner is out of reach which made the check in very stressful, The room that I reserved was not the actual room they provided. The photos they posted in the booking site is totally misleading. What you see, is not what you get.'
