« Deceptive is the word I would use to describe this listing. It is advertised as a "Gulf Front" condo and the listing includes several pictures of the balconies and views of the beach. However, they fail to mention that this unit is not on the gulf side, it faces the parking lot/parking garage. No views at all. The building is on the gulf, this unit is not. It was pretty disappointing. As for the unit itself, it is what it is. The furniture looks like it was purchased from Facebook...

« Magnificent views from balcony right on the beach. Pictures provided were very accurate to appearance of actual condo. Very clean. Area rug needs better slip-free backing, so we just rolled it up, stored it in the corner and replaced it when we left. Host (Hosteeva) was VERY easy to reach and very helpful with a few minor issues. Pool and whole patio area was very clean. Water was great temperature ! We basically just hung out at either the beach or the pool and had a very relaxing week !! »

« Clean rooms, great pool, awesome sky deck! Checking in and out was a breeze! Beds and pillows were comfy. Nick is quick to communicate. Minor suggestions include to add more hot pads, another kitchen towel, seasonings to the spice cabinet, a pair of scissors to the kitchen, and fix 3 of the kitchen drawer knobs. Everything else was fabulous! The walk to the beach is two or three blocks away or drive to get there faster with free parking. The picture attached below is the view from the sky deck »

« Ok, I have stayed at many condos. I do prefer a different one in Fort Morgan but they were booked. The main complaint is my unit 6306 was ROACH INFESTED!! I really almost left, but you drive 8 hours have all your stuff, felt kinda stuck. I have NEVER stayed anywhere w Roaches crawling on walls, probably 15 in garbage can if you didn't change garbage right away. I had to store food in fridge. I had to leave my bags outside when I got home and go through each item to make sure no Roaches were...

« Magnifique endroit, bien situé, bien décoré. L'ameublement aurait toutefois besoin d'être mise à jour. L'une des chaises de cuisine pourrait briser à tout moment, mais comme nous n'étions que 3, nous avons pu la mettre de côté. Le divan est à changer, les coussins n'ont plus du tout de support, attendez vous a renfoncer. Idem pour les deux fauteuils. Lit un peu mou, mais un lit peut être confortable pour un et ne pas l'être pour d'autres. Tout était très propre. Niveau épices, plusieurs...
