The Space:

The main living areas give you room to relax and reconnect, with a kitchen and dining space for shared meals. Head outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air on the deck with outdoor seating, fire up the BBQ grill, or unwind by the fire pit. Soak in the private hot tub and take in the peaceful setting and water views.
Each bedroom features a king bed and cable TV, while the loft and lower level add flexible sleeping options for larger groups. A laptop-friendly workspace makes it easy to check in with the office, and the in-home washer/dryer helps you pack light. A portable crib is also available for little travelers.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for 4+ vehicles directly in front of the property. Please note there is no turn around space in the driveway.
• Stairs: The home has stairs, including access to the loft and lower level.
• WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ remote, mountainous location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Washer and dryer: In-home laundry is available.
• Portable crib: Available for guest use.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of an animal is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
Getting Around:
Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you can reach the public boat launch and fishing pier at Dandridge Dock, the Dandridge Partnership Trail for swimming and hiking, and the Moon Hill Bridge TVA Recreation Area with lakefront views and picnic areas.
