« Lovely brand new house. Comfortable, beautiful view, spacious. Make sure you make note of the key and wireless codes before you get there. Pretty rural and there is no cell phone service. »

« This was our second time staying at The Lodge and we loved it just as much as the first time! So spacious - perfect spot to wind down after a long day skiing. Communication with the property manager is quick, easy, and friendly. This will be a regular spot for us next ski season, I'm sure! »

« Absolutely perfect! Great location. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family and outdoor space for kids to play. Host replaced gas grill within an hour of us letting them know it wasn’t cooking properly. Loved screened in porch for relaxing and for storing all our outdoor equipment. We will definitely be back! »

« Upon arrival, we were greeted to a welcoming wave and smile by Kyle the property manager. Kyle was wonderful to work with over the phone and took care of booking issues promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Holderness. The unit itself was very cute and adequate for our stay. However, we would like to have had some coffee on hand in the kitchen and perhaps some glass microwavable containers to use during our stay. « Thanks so much for hosting us! we have been coming to squam for 20+ years and never stayed at the boulders. The space was great for the price and right on the lake. We had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cabin type weekend by the water. »

« This is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. The beach was large enough to accommodate everyone, but small enough to feel cute and intimate. I wasn't expecting free use of a variety of boats, which was an amazing perk. My kids explored kayaking and paddle boarding, and they loved the swim platform. The unit itself was clean and updated.
