'Very nice in a historical original home. Restored nicely. The grotto room was lovely but the kitchen and bath could use a little update. Other then that it is an old Home so I don’t expect it to be super modern. Very cool old vibe. Nice and clean and comfy bed. '

'We stayed Nov 9-12 to play golf at a couple local courses & celebrate the Marine Corps Birthday. The check-in process was smooth, place was clean, view was tremendous, and location is perfect. Waves crashing against the sea wall 15' beneath your feet with an ocean view is the perfect setting. Only complaint is, we tried to get a guest in by leaving his name at the front gate. Security wouldn't take it and told us to call the property manager we dealt with. I called the only number I had in...

'This house is very clean and comfortable. Centrally located and to have parking in California is great. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach access across the street is wonderful. '

'The place is as describe. The location is unmatched. The whole time you can hear the waves crushing. No matter where you are in the property. Short Drive from downtown Dana Point and San Clemente. I would love to return!'

'Great house - mostly new feel and the beach location was very good. Had beach towels and chairs for use which was perfect. Was well stocked with basic amenities which was an added bonus. The one small problem (smoke alarm batteries) was quickly addressed by the property manager via text/phone and was resolved.'

'Second year staying at the property with my four best friends from childhood and as incredible as last year! Walking distance to everything in SC and the rooftop deck is incredible! Went sailing in DP which was the highlight of our trip!'
