'The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. We called them to tell them what our time of arrival was and they didnt recognize our reservation, later through texts they told us there was water damagein the room that we booked. Expedia did help us where they could and were very friendly and eager to solve it.'
