'My first stay at a Marriott, I believe… The hotel is new and looks great. Room was light, luxurious and did, as promised, give a seaview, although is was from (very) afar. The location isn’t bad, but it’s not great either. Light sleepers; be warned! Traffic noise is an issue. Maybe better to have a room on the other side of the buidling or (really) high up. 'It is an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The location is excellent as it is close to the seaside, the shops, the Palace etc. The breakfast was very lucuriius with plenty of options for every taste. The only down side is the parking. There is pretty much no free parking and if you want to park you car in the hotel parking it costs you €35 per day/night. Overall: very happy with our stay. '

'Zeer mooi, verzorgd en goed gelegen hotel. (15min van oude stad Dubrovnik) Alle personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. zwembaden zeer proper en zee ook bereikbaar vanop terras. met andere woorden een aanrader ! '

'Villa Zarko is een gerenoveerde villa tot hotel. Het heeft een klein zwembad, er is een lift. Bij mooi weer kan er ontbeten worden op het terras. Kamers zijn gedateerd maar proper. Kastela is uitgestrekt langs de kust, geen idee of er veel te zien is. Wij gebruikten het hotel als uitvalsbasis om Split te bezoeken. Het restaurant van het hotel biedt geen diner aan, maar er zijn een paar restaurants op wandelafstand van het hotel. '

'Beautiful property, perfect location ! We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were very helpful at check in and check out. They were also very helpful with recommendations for activities. Nice area to sit out front and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend. '

'The hotel was really lovely in a nice location. The breakfast was particularly excellent. It was possible to park a few metres walk away from the hotel if you prefer not to park in the hotels covered car park. The spa facilities and swimming pool was lovely. Staff were also super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Pittoresque and well maintained hotel with a grand atmosphere. Lovely staff and very helpful and service minded too. Great breakfast with eggs freshly made to your choice and good coffee. It’s location is perfect, you’ll get to see all the ships that enter and leave the city marina and very close to everything worth seeing in zadar. Did I mention the great breakfast?'
