« This house has been the best I’ve seen in a while based on what I’ve payed for. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that I had anytime I needed them. The pictures don’t even show how good this house is, you just have to see it for yourself. This house would nicely fit a good 10 people if you really wanted to. It had extra house keys just in case you stayed at least a couple days and multiple people needed to get inside. Every single room you walk into, there is a nice scenery...

« Overall, great experience and if we’re in the area again we’d definitely rebook! Home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There’s a patio/deck for you to enjoy with a nice backyard. The home is small and intimate for a family of 4-6 but not too small that you’re on top of one another. The kitchen and bathroom have a nice modern feel/look. The check-in process was simple and the home homeowner was very quick to respond when needed. The only thing that was off to me was an individual staying...

« This place is amazing. We used it for a 13 year old birthday party with 11 friends. It had enough space to allow the boys to all stay in the same room with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. A great experience. »

« I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this charming rental! The location was perfect for the occasion, the space was clean and decorated well, and you get much more privacy than you would think if you just looked at the front of the house. I lived in Cobb County for 13 years, but it’s been since 1998. I don’t recognize much, but I made it to my all time favorite restaurant, enjoyed a concert with friends I’ve known since the mid ‘80s, and watched my favorite band. « We stayed for a week in Marietta for a baseball tournament. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for all the games and we could get to downtown easily for sight seeing. The house has a very steep driveway but we figured out quickly it was easier to back in than to pull in forward. We enjoyed our stay and our son loved the man cave. »

« This property was perfect for my out of town family. Great neighborhood and within walking distance to the town square (restaurants/shops). My family members enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. Easy check in and check out. The house was immaculate. Would definitely recommend! »

« The communication with our host was amazing. She was so thoughtful. Upon our arrival she left a dog toy and treats for our little one and had snacks and a phone charger available in the kitchen. There were small touches around the house that showed how much pride they take in their house and the comfort of their guests. The house was so clean, beds were comfy and everything that is listed as an amenity was there for us to use. I would be excited to stay there again. »
