Positief: Netheid
The house was clean and tidy. We had all we needed being there. The outside backyard area was great! The neighborhood felt safe enough but there were either stray dogs running around or I’m not sure who they belonged to. There was a litter of probably 7-8 puppies running around as well that could be heard barking or squealing at anytime of day. We tried to walk toward them once and they all scattered. I’m not sure what is wrong with the house floor but it’s wavy and uneven throughout the kitchen area to the back bedrooms. Maybe that’s a thing with Texas homes? But my husband being a contractor thought maybe something else was an issue. This to say, these aren’t necessarily things the homeowner would have been able to fix for us so we did not say anything about them. The house experience was good. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard with its 12 ft fence blocking out the rest of the area
