Pool heat is $75 per night to 90 degrees
Spa (hot tub) heat is $25 per night.
Please be sure to make arrangements at least 24 hours before check in. The pool will take a MINIMUM of 24 hours to heat up.

***PLEASE NOTE the heater can only heat one body of water at a a time. It CANNOT heat both the pool and the spa at the time time. The heat will be automatically set to the pool until you request the spa (hot tub) to be heated. While the hot tub is being heated, the pool stops being heated, and in cool months, starts to lose heat. We recommend only heating the hot tub while its in use in order to keep the pool to the desired temperature. You are welcome to request the spa (hot tub) heat anytime. On weeknights, we may be unavailable past 11 pm.***

***Please be sure to shut the doors immediately to keep out dust, flies, and other pests. You would be surprised how quickly they will make their way into the home to escape the heat. The home is regularly treated for bugs and other pests but we cannot keep out dust, flies and other pests if doors are not shut immediately upon entry***

This property has exterior Security Cameras facing the front door entrance, driveway, pool equipment, and patio leading from the living room. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of break-in, injury, death, guests sneaking in pets, guests touching the pool equipment, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy, and enforcement of quiet hours and in no way infringes upon the guests expectations of privacy in these outdoor areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling, or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund. You may also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned if any of the above are found.

This home is equipped with high quality storm windows, but in the event of severe weather, please gather in the laundry room, powder bathroom, and pantry, and stay away from all windows.

Guests should immediately exit the pool if lightning is present within 10 miles. Guests should not be in the pool if lighting is 10 miles away or less.

The home's A/C system cools some rooms better than others, but all rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. The 2 bedrooms connected by the Jack and Jill bathroom tend to be the cooler rooms in the house, while the Master bedroom and main living area tend to run a bit warmer. Please DO NOT open the windows as they are not screened in and will result in mass amounts of bugs and mosquito's to enter the home. Days the daily high temperature is above 99 degrees, the home A/C will keep the home on average 20 degrees lower than the outside temperature. There will be no refunds for the A/C not keeping the home on average lower then 20 degrees than the outside temperature.

There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance or temperature is undesirable.
