  • This home was built in 1995 and is in pristine condition. All the details that have gone into creating this space were designed to help you feel right at home. Swimming isn’t available year-round, but you will most definitely appreciate the added feature of the spa or dare to take a polar plunge. Enjoy literally thousands of games upstairs in the loft. Anyone who appreciates food, will love the upgraded features in the kitchen.

We had a great getaway weekend. The house was clean, bed were comfy, and we didn’t hear “I’m bored” once from any of the kids! The town is very cute with lots of stuff to do nearby.

Great place

We rented this property for a group of girls and their moms to stay for a cheer competition in Frisco, TX. The property was very nice in a good neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and other things to do. The girls really enjoyed the hot tub and the shared bunk room.

July trip

The house was nicer than the pictures! We visit this area a few times a year and this was the cleanest property I have stayed at! The house was well stocked with everything we needed including toys for the kids! There was a very nice book with details about the property. The only thing that could be improved is maybe adding some mattress toppers to the upstairs beds because they were a bit too hard. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

Our visit was to town & house shop for our exodus out of our state. We loved the location and the amenities of the home. Game room kept a teenager and adults entertained for hours! The weather wasn’t exactly superb for pool use but we did go for a dip. Owner was very accommodating and it was much appreciated.

Property was as advertised. Adequate for 9 adults. Ages 19-50. Several texts with owner re: supplies and where to get more. (Toilet paper!!). This was frustrating. Also a bird living in the chimney. Annoying. Apparently this was being checked the day after we left.

Great Place, Great Location

Experience this perfect home for your vacation. Walking into a beautiful kitchen with all the essentials that you need. Grocery stores are close for your planned meals. You can eat in the cute kitchen, dining room or out by the pool. Lots of rooms to sleep in. If the kids will sleep after they see the play room. Lots of places to visit close to the neighborhood. If you just want to rest and read a book, it is very quiet. Beds are comfortable and all the towels are divine. You won't go wrong.

Very nice house and great location

Nice, clean, safe neighborhood. Many restaurants to choose from near the house. The house was perfect for 6 of us for 5 days. Whitney was very quick to get back to me when I had questions. We really enjoyed the pool and all the toys that were provided. The towel warmer in the master bathroom was a nice surprise. The game room really is the best! The boys loved the air hockey table. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again if I ever travel to that area again.

This house is great! Amazing ocean views from all the rooms. We had 7 adults including my 88 year old mom and 4 grandchildren ages 2 and under. The crib room and 2 pack n plays provided was a great benefit to us as well as the wagons, unbrellas and sand toys provided in the garage. Outdoor shower and faucet was perfect for getting all the sand off of everyone before entering the house and the toys when we came back from the beach. The pools are great and kiddy pools at both. We rented an 8 person golf cart to get people and "stuff" around and to go to pools on both sides of the complex. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking daily meals. All the bedrooms were very comfy. We made many family memories and would definitely rent the house again.

Great experience

We loved everything about our stay in this gorgeous house. From our great host to the practical home setup with comfortable beds and pillows with nice bed sheets to a great updated kitchen for those who love cooking. Also not to mention the updated master bathroom with a nice shower box and beautiful bath tub for relaxing your tired mind and body. What can I say about our host Whitney, she responded to our questions and requests in a speed of light with kindness and she was very accommodating to our needs. If you come with your little ones, you are definitely going to enjoy the game room basically for every age range you might bring with you. There are ample card games other electronic games, arcade machines and others with big screen TV. I can't be happy enough that I found this house and it fitted our needs to the fullest. Oh and the location is best for your groceries needs and other supplies. If we ever going to be back to the area, we will definitely going to be looking for this property. I could say a lot to describe how happy and satisfied me and my families were but there wont be enough time. Thank you again for making us feel like we were at home!!!

This home is beautiful within a wonderful community and location. Close to boutiques, restaurant, stores and easy access to the expressway. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. We will be renting again.
