'The hotel is very tired and could do with a good deep clean. The carpets are showing a lot of dirt. There was a heavily damaged car parked in the pick up/ drop off area which did not create a good impression on arrival. There was a random cable lying in the floor if the room next to the air conditioning unit. We were also disturbed on two occasions during the night by a domestic happening in the room next door which spilled out into the corridor. Staff were asked to call Police but I'm not...
