« The apartment itself was great, but we booked with the intention of being able to use the pool, upon arrival we go to the pool only to find out that it is closed. We were not notified of this and would probably not have booked had we known the pool wasn’t accessible. On the last day of our 3 day stay the pool was finally reopened, as we tried going into the pool early in the day we had issues because we didn’t have a key fob to get into the pool. « Unfortunately, I cannot give this property a positive review. The complex has not been well maintained and is in desperate need of repairs. I really should have done more research and blame myself for not doing so. As we entered the complex there was lots of trash in the parking lot and to get to the room we stayed in we had to walk past garbage/trash and a room that looked like a squatter was staying there. « The room was well located and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants which was wonderful! Unfortunately the linens and towels were dirty- very apparent they had not been washed prior to us arriving. Shower curtain was growing mold at bottom, shower towel soiled and sheets had hair in them. While insects can come in, I have also let owner know that cockroaches were in bathroom. I do not leave negative reviews because I know it can affect future business but had I known, I would have...
