'My wife and I were travelling with two children (10 and 7) and had reserved two rooms. I, as the reserving party, was not present when my wife checked in. She could only get one room and not both rooms 'because the reserving guest was not present'. She could also not buy a breakfast voucher for me 'because the reserving guest was not present'.

'Location shown was not accessible by lift, and was not in the main building - it was actually two streets walk away, and the apartment was up five flights of steep concrete stairs. I was able to reach it, but anyone with more serious mobility problems, or with a big bag and no one to help with bags would have a real struggle.'

Goed centraal gelegen. '

'The room, the staff, the location I have only words of compliments. The space is absolutely beautiful with a view of the bay and the lighthouse. The staff were so kind and very helpful. The food breakfast was tasty as well. A definite recommendation.'

'The room was clean and comfortable with everything we need.'
