'They had cut down the trees in the back yard and the swing was broken and leanind on the back wall. The fountain was overgrown by weeds and there was no place to sit. The tv that is hooked up to an antenna and advertised to have 24 channels didnt work. They said we could log onto our own apps or use the ones that a previous person had left logged in. All of this was relayed to us by the cleaning lady who lives next door, not the manager. This is just a few of the problems.'

'Our stay was very nice. The house was beautiful, better than expected.. had a fenced in yard for our dogs. They let us bring all three dogs, two elder and a small one. The folks where very helpful in keeping us up to date on any problems that needed to be told. We had none.. '

'Clean and very roomy…love the price for a 3br/2ba home! Just fyi - if you google the home and get concerned by the old Google Maps photo, don’t worry :) it’s been remodeled and isn’t scary like Google Maps would lead you to believe haha We stayed here while in town for a family member’s memorial in Lakeland, but we also got to go to Universal with other family in town, and it was an easy trip to make for just the day.
