« Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great. »

« Enjoyed our stay here. Any issue was taking care of promptly thru WhatsApp. Limited staff at counter after hours. Beach is walking distance an plenty of eateries within walking distance as well. "Très bon séjour au HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa. L’hôtel offre une excellente vue sur l’océan et bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal face à la plage. Le personnel est accueillant et les prestations sont de qualité. Attention toutefois : les deux tours voisines sont actuellement en travaux, ce qui explique probablement les tarifs plus bas que d’habitude. Malgré ce point, l’hôtel reste une très bonne adresse à Da Nang."

"Very nice resort. We were offered to upgrade for a suite upon arrival, offer that we accepted. We weren’t disappointed at all. The suite was so big and beautiful. Felt like impressive volumes and the view on the ocean and beach was incredible. Staff was good and breakfast at regency club also. We were a bit disappointed at the beginning upon checkin. I do understand we arrived way earlier than regular checkin time (around 11:30am) but we felt like everything is nice until you pay for your upgrade and then we let you wait for your room with no info during 3h! That’s after two request and at 2:45pm that we received our key (and had to wait again 5 minutes at the room door because cleaning wasn’t still completely done, while all other travelers arrived between 11:30 and 2:30pm got to wait maximum 30 minutes before getting their rooms…"
