Currituck National Wildlife Refuge

Don't expect Breakfast, they only offer Banana (they only have 4 bananas) , Apple and Coffee. I had to call customer for them to offer oats, until then they have them inside. Rooms are clean

It’s beautiful outside. But the rooms are old, dark and dirty. you could hardly get into the bathroom because the toilet is at the front. The refrigerator had so much frost and was not cleaned. There was no chair to sit down, no hair dryer. The breakfast area is not well organized. I talked to the manager, he said going through renovation. Don’t go there.The front desk staff could care less.

there was kind of an odor and the ac was leaking or something. there were also holes from cigarettes or joints in the pillowcases and the bed sheets. one of the pillows didn't even have a pillowcase. was very close to the beach though so that was good
