'The kid at the front desk literally had no clue I had a reservation he told me he didn’t believe there were any rooms available and the fact I had a PAID reservation didn’t matter if they didn’t have a room I’d be out my money he also told me my truck had to be parked out on the highway the room itself was ok the bed was comfortable '

'The beds were clean and comfortable but other than that, this hotel was a very poor experience. We had made a reservation for 5 people because we have 3 kids. They had no sleeping arrangements for our 3rd child. My husband had a camping cot in his truck so we used that alongside the two queens in our room. Several of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Had to use the blow dryer across the room from the bathroom. Carpet was so dirty the bottoms of our socks were brown. We stayed 4 nights- each...
