« Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!! I will definitely return for a girl's trip with my sisters!! (Cabin 17) »

« After a very long car trip, I was happy to walk into a clean, comfortable room with soothing colors and fluffy bed coverings. The shower was hot. The room was quiet. I sleeped very well. I stayed with my two small dogs. There is a large yard out back for their walks. The cabins are a quick drive to all major attractions, grocery store, lakes, ponds, trails, etc. It is across the road from a great pizza place and the railroad museum. Would definitely stay again. »

« This was an immaculate cabin in a quiet location. We loved the look of the cabin (inside and out) which included a firepit and chairs, small kitchen area with a coffee/tea area, large bathroom/shower, and a wonderful scenic view. We were able to explore the area and our pups had a wonderful time. The host communicated all instructions before and after our stay, and the online guide was also super helpful. It was nice to have the stand on the grounds that was accessible 24/7- and we were able to...
