« We had a great stay! The cabin was clean and had just enough space for our family. We absolutely loved the setting with frequent wildlife sightings and great spaces to relax and enjoy the mountain views. The host was attentive and checked in often to give inspiration for restaurants and activities nearby. Berkeley Springs is close enough to enjoy the town but far enough away to give you a true feeling of peace out in the woods. We loved our stay and are thankful to have found this little gem! »

« We are really dissatisfied with our stay at this house. While we did receive timely responses, the actual concerns were never addressed like the bathroom mats, trash bags. The dishwasher has been leaking. There were no bathroom mats and trash bags (broken trash can) provided. Despite reporting these issues on the first day, no one came to fix or check on them throughout our stay. We also experienced a hot water problem, which remained unresolved. Additionally, the dryer filter was not cleaned,...

« The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes....
