'Lovely hotel with great facilities, excellent breakfast and good location. Significant downside was the lack of cool air conditioning. The ventilation system could heat but not cool. It was not possible to get the room temperature below 24 degrees C which made for uncomfortable sleeping - even when the outside temperature in Dundee was no more than 15 degrees C.'

'Perfect accommodation for a few nights stay. Family owned and run. Check in was easy and when we enquired if room had a walk in shower we were changed to a room that did. Very friendly, attentive staff. Clean towels each day. Great bar meals, smaller portions available. Wonderful Guinness😍 highly recommend.'
