'Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing.'

'Great place to get away. '

'The house was exactly as on the website. We felt nestled away in the woods. While it felt secluded, we close to the main street, a grocery store, winery, and West Jefferson State Park. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.'

'This is a gem of a modern Scandinavian remote country cottage. The landscaped fire pit patio, and large covered front porch are very comfortable outdoor areas. Indoors has everything you need including a very comfortable and deep bathtub. We were a group of 4 friends traveling to hike at Grayson’s Highlands and thoroughly enjoyed our evening here.'

'This place had everything to keep my teenagers busy. There’s a fooseball table, arcade machine, Nintendo, millions of movies, rock painting, and games, they were never bored. You can walk across rhe bridge to Wahoo Adventures to kayak or tube down the river or drive 20ish minutes into downtown Boone. Beds were actually comfortable and soft. Hot tub was perfect.'

'It was a nice experience staying there, the only thing was that we ran out of hot water.'
