'I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. 'Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The odor was so strong that I had to ask the staff to come with air freshener. I do appreciate that they tried to help, but overall the condition of the rooms was not good.'

'Room was ok, we couldn’t use the pull out bed couch because the sheet was absolutely stained. Bathtub was sticky and stained, bathroom had no ventilation, front desk person didn’t seem to care and was sleeping on the couch 99% of the time we saw him. Overall, I’m glad we were out doing things instead of being in the room.'

'When we arrived the outdoor trash can was overflowing and garbage was blowing around the parking lot. We walked in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and after several minutes someone finally came to check us in. She was less than friendly. Got into our room and the cleaning staff left everything to be desired. 'A nice place to stay in Allendale while visiting family. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The continental breakfast was good - especially the waffle machine.
Not much fruit, but plenty of bagels & muffins, and the coffee was good.
The indoor pool looked well maintained and attractive although we did not actually use it. Pleasant staff.
We will stay there again next time we go to visit family.'
