Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom/3.5 bath/single level villa featuring amazing 180-degree ocean views. The house is situated in the exclusive gated Costa del Sol complex. It's on the beach, just a stone's throw from the beautiful Caribbean.

The master is a king with a full bath. The other 2 bedrooms, one with a King and the other with two double beds, have 3/4 en-suite baths: Each bedroom has its own A/C, enabling every guest to optimize their slumber climate.

There is a laundry room/half bath off of the kitchen, and we have an outside shower to rinse off the sand & salt.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to feel right at home, including coffee & filters, condiments, and seasonings. There's a water cooler with purified, chilled bottled water.

Washer/Dryer & laundry supplies are included so you can pack less and travel light.

The community's infinity pool overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Sea, with plenty of loungers, umbrellas, and free Wi-Fi. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained daily.

Our private deep-water pier is less than a minute's walk from the front door. Boats of any size can pick you up for your ocean adventures; diving, fishing, snorkeling, parasailing & island tours. Imagine relaxing with your morning coffee on the patio while watching for your boat to arrive, then strolling to the pier before they are docked! There is even a large rinse tank for your dive gear.

Maid, chef, and shopping services with Jazmin are available for your convenience. Whether you prefer to completely relax & enjoy daily housekeeping and have all meals prepared for you, or only the occasional services during your stay, we can arrange whatever you wish. She is a wonderful cook and quite reasonably priced. Have a special occasion during your trip? Jazmin is a talented cake and pastry artisan. A Note on the Cleaning Fee: The posted fee is calculated to cover a housekeeping visit approximately every 2-3 days during your vacation, regardless of the length of your stay.

Costa del Sol is a gated community of 26 private homes, with security staff on-site around the clock. The staff has golf carts handy to help with transporting your bags and groceries to the house.

Diving with a premier operator on the island is available at a nice discount. Our property manager is one of the top local divemasters and works with the first-class scuba operation where we have negotiated special rates on diving and instruction for our guests. He and Jazmin are both natives of Cozumel and know the island intimately. They have great recommendations for all the best local spots for dining, shopping, services, culture, etc.

We have plenty of contacts for snorkeling, deep-sea fishing charters, flats fly-fishing guides, spearfishing, parasailing, jungle ATV tours, rental cars, and "wild side" bar/beach hopping tours. We're happy to help with reservations at your request.
