'The entire building has a clean scent. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Fast food is within walking distance, and the 101 close proximity makes it ideal for getting to San Jose. Breakfast is very good. I loved the scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, turkey patties, and the warm cinnamon rolls! The only thing that I wasn't able to use was the pool. It looked a bit cloudy, not clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and welcoming!'

'Nice room. No breakfast. Convenient next to freeway if you're on a route to get somewhere (we were). We had a couple of noise issues. The people upstairs were very loud (sounded like moving furniture). I called the office at 10 pm and they said they would call. After a loud boom, it did quiet down, then there were more noises at 11, midnight and 1 am. Not the hotel's fault but annoying. The other issue was that our room was one with a connecting door to the room next door and the soundproofing...

'I was not allowed to check in on pretext my same ID that was used two prior times was not valid and money refund was denied, I was denied accommodation at other places due to personal comments of front desk Punjabi two people that I had never seen before, but both kelt claiming they knew me for years, which was weird , when I saw their faces for first time in my life. 'The good - Bed was comfortable and location in town is good, grounds are pretty. The bad - Carpet in our room was old and dirty, we didn’t feel comfortable walking on it barefoot. Decor is dated. Low end bathroom feels like you are in a cheap motel. Continental breakfast and coffee are not good, no effort to provide anything nice, can’t get a decent coffee. Overall this place is too pricey for what you get, It is located in a very nice neighborhood, and the website and pricing suggest it...

'Very kind and helpful staff welcomed me just before a major cloudburst. My room assignment was switched to make it easier for me to get from car to room. I appreciated that. Room, while “vintagely” furnished, was immaculate and spacious. The grounds right outside were tropically planted so lots of colorful foliage and plenty of songbirds not far off.
