« The place is nice and all in all worked out well for us. The 3 negatives: 1. Technically, it does have A/C but that is a window unit on the first floor, so no A/C in the bedrooms upstairs, so on warm nights, it's not too comfortable, which is what we experienced. We thought about moving the unit upstairs, but decided against it. Also, the neighbors are pretty close so you can hear them at night, when you're trying to sleep. 2.
