'Part of the staf lacked interest and service'

'I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area.'

'I am so grateful to have stayed here in this super awesome home! The host was always responsive and inviting! We were in town to celebrate my sisters life! Natchitoches during the Christmas holidays is absolutely beautiful, and it was one her most favorite places to visit! Everything was super comfy, clean, and the atmosphere was so inviting! Grateful for the experience!'

'Room was spacious and fairly clean. The bathroom floor was sticky, you could hear the tennis shoes stick. We did have to ask for sheets for the pull out bed and for toilet paper. The breakfast was good and had lots of variety. Sheila oversaw breakfast. She was great. She was welcoming and struck up easy conversation. My boys asked where she was in day two and made sure to say goodbye before we checked out. Overall good experience. '

'We always bring a black light with us to check the bed for fluids and bed bugs. We needed a new fitted sheet, but there were none available. So, we slept on the mattress pad instead. The shower and rest of the bathroom were gross. Breakfast was good'

'The room was good and they meet all of my requests. The noise factor was bad. I didn't get much sleep. It sounded like a stampede above my head going on most of the night. I was on the first floor. There was also loud music outside, and a dog inside started barking around 5:30 a.m.'

'Poor Customer Service My husband booked a room around 6 PM for what he believed was the same night. When he arrived at the hotel, he realized the reservation had accidentally been made for a date one month ahead instead of that night. The hotel informed him they had no availability for the same night, which is understandable. However, what was disappointing was that they refused to refund the reservation. The booking had been made less than two hours earlier, and the reservation was still...

'This is a very clean property with plenty of space for a family visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood in a very central location. The hosts were very responsive and we can’t wait to book our next stay! '
