'My friend (with infant) and I came to the island to visit and soak up some nature. Our stay in Buckley Bay provided beautiful views of the bay, with frequent visits from the seals and otters. The location, while a little ways outside of the main centres, was only a short drive to get to a cafe, nature walks, and restaurants. The house feels very spacious with large bedrooms and ample sitting space to cozy up with a cup of tea or good book.'

'The house was really lovely and like new. Nicely appointed with any kitchen gadget you could need and the overall amenities were great. We had our dog with us and it was wonderful having a fully enclosed lot around the house. It’s next door to a gorgeous trail system in the forest with access to Seal Bay park. We’ll definitely stay again!'

'To all the ships ashore we landed in this amazing suite. We saw Bald Eagle go by, watched the deer in the yard and the racoon on the fench. 'This place exceeded all of our expectations. It was just as beautiful and cozy as the pictures. It was also extremely well equipped with a lot of thoughtful touches like logs arranged in the fireplace ready for us to light them, well equipped kitchen with a wide range of spices and other cooking essentials, and even kid friendly plates and cups. 'We’ve stayed here before and love how peaceful the area is. Lovely house and we enjoy being greeted by the chickens. Royston is very close to Cumberland, Comox and Courtney and is a beautiful area.'
