'Due to families having ball Tournaments, with a respect to the kids, we were unable to even get near the pool. Kids were having a great time, but they were the only ones. Then parents pulled out a grill n vehicles across from the pool and prepared dinner. You could not drive through. I love everything about family, but this was truly overwhelming. 'Nice friendly staff. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We’ve stayed at this particular hotel a few times now and will again when in town.'

'Great location to where we needed to be. Spacious well equipped room, good bed, clean, good breakfast. One thing did concern us was the lack of a non slip shower pad in the bath. I was very wary about showering due to slip hazard in the tub. Otherwise we were pleased with our 7 night stay and would stay here again.'

'Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.'

'The microwave oven door would not open after placing dinner into it, to heat up. It took two full days to get the microwave replaced. Meal unrecoverable. All other characteristics were quite satisfactory. Staff was great!'

'Someone had a dog on our floor and they barked the entire night. My entire family Got No rest after a 10 hour drive because they couldn’t located the dog.'

'The staff was amazing! However, my accommodation was not the Double Tree standard. The furnishings was old, peeling and split. The chair did not have the cushion cover all the way on. All drawers were opened when I entered the room. The bed/bedding was fine. Overall my stay was average at best. The staff is what boosted my rating. Again, they were amazing.'
