'I booked through Expedia for pay when you arrive. I attempted to check in on my reserved date (at 1130p) and was told my reservation was cancelled bc when they ran my card (the day before I check in) it declined. I received no call, text, email but get surprised upon check-in w no option to stay bc the hotel was over booked. Shame on Comfort Suite and Expedia for having no communication with guests and putting my family in the position to find a new hotel at almost midnight, at the beach, in the...

'Clean room and nice breakfast'

'The service was excellent, the room was spotless. It is probably due for some upgrades but overall it was good. I would expect more for the price. Expedia wasn’t the best rate…I should have searched better because I paid $150/night more than other people in my party.'

'When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for'

'1 chair in the room with a roll desk to eat on, small night desk tables by the bed, no dressers to put clothes. Overall the room space was large but lots of wasted space. I love minimalistic but needs to be efficient at least'

'Cleanliness of the room was really good. That is what we loved the most about styau g in this hotel. The breakfast was good as well, in general better than continental breakfast offered at other hotels. Very satisfied with our stay here.'

'There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.'

'This is NOT the place to stay, this was in a lowincome neighborhood , people legit lived here, low income people who you would assume would break into your car lived in here , this is not the place for you to stay at , me and my boyfriend were never in here thank God cause we only got this place to legit sleep in , THE TOWELS HAD PUBIC HAIR ON IT, i used the towels as floor mats, we used sandals to stand in the shower, the shower was stained and dirty, the sheets were stained, luckily i did NOT...

'Where do I start? From rusty towel hangers to paint peeling in the hot tub, from stained chairs in the breakfast area to the slowest tv I've ever seen, this was more of a motel experience with the executive price tag.'
