'Nice hotel'

'We hadden 1 nachtje geboekt dat zijn er 2 geworden. Personeel vriendelijk. Kamer was ruim met balkon heerlijk alleen wel veel lawaai. Maar dat maakt niet je kon naar een dagje uit nog even lekker buiten zitten. Kamer was ook ruim en netjes alleen géén huishoudelijke dienst. Maar dat is normaal na corona dat ze de kamer niet meer komen opruimen prullenbakken lopen dan over. Ontbijt ruime keus mooie grote lichte ruimte om te zitten. Centraal je ben zo aan de kust mooie Mall in de buurt auto staat...

'Massive groups of traveling sports teams for kids 10 and up - was massively loud throughout the common areas, pool area, hallways etc. Couldn’t use one elevator as it was not working the other elevator had people stuck in it. Stairs could only be accessed from Outside the buildings. Couldn’t use pool as it was overflowing with people and kids. Kids running up and down hallways all night. Staff did nothing about anything. Was extremely disappointed and upset and staff did not care. '

'Loved location! Literally located in middle of shopping center, with lots of food options, Starbucks right outside. All walkable. Hotel itself was nice, clean, & well maintained.... Our issue was service and staff. Had specifically booked because of 3pm (rather than 4 at most nearby hotels), checking time, however our room was not ready til 5:30! My elderly mother on a wheelchai, and bad health had to wait in lobby almost 3 extra hours. This affected the rest of our stay as she was got too...

'Staff was nice, breakfast was far below expectation. Parking is paid at this location, while it's just a quiet area with only businesses, no shops or restaurants. Parking used to be free/included. Even though the name suggests differently, this place is far away from the Irvine Spectrum mall, for sure not walking distance. I used to come at this place regularly but I will go to another place next time when I need to be in the area,'

'The sick was clogged up and there was no toilet paper and there was used tissue paper on the ground. Then the evacuation alert which was not the company’s fault and then. As you can see we checked in and less than two hours we checked out and went home to Bakersfield. The front didn’t even ask us how come we were leaving. No concern what do ever even though I told them what the issues was. No offer for another room. I would like our money back.'

'After checking in, I found out that the hotel description was inaccurate. For example, the hotel does not have a pool or a gym as advertised. Then, when it was time to check out, the staff falsely accused me of taking alcohol from the minibar.'

'I was charged $50 for incidentals and I don’t know what that would’ve been. There was nothing in the in the room or the hotel that would have cost me any money so now I have to wait for my $50 to be returned to my account and what wait another week to get my money back in my account!'

'Modern en goed hotel, beperkte kaart maar heerlijk eten. Parkeren is niet gratis, maar dat is in LA bij nagenoeg alle hotels'
