'Quiet and quaint, this little village is a perfect getaway for couples, friends and families... But don't expect lots of nightlife or bars - there are just a couple of restaurants and the rest you have to drive to. Lovely accommodation, however, and a nice pool.'

'We had a lovely holiday in the villa. The house is very big, the bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The pool is very big and luxurious, with enough shade from the parasols. The surroundings were quiet, we had lovely views of the hills and were quite close (30 min drive) to multiple beaches. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away by car, which was very handy. A minor warning though: the water comes from an artesian well and contains iron and sulphur, which takes some getting...

'Somos una familia con dos niñas. La casa estaba fenómenal, tal y como se aprecia en las fotos. Estaba todo muy limpio. El menaje, mobiliario, y distribución estaba todo fantástico, muy completo y práctico. La situación es inmejorable. Hemos alquilado varias veces por la zona y sin duda repetiremos. Mil gracias por todo Armenio, hemos estado muy agusto :-)'

'Estadia espectácular. As fotos não refletem a beleza do alojamento. A piscina tem uma vista fenomenal. O quarto (duplex) era enorme. O pequeno almoço (picnic box) tinha imensa quantidade e qualidade, até sentimos que não era necessário tanta comida. Gostamos imenso da experiência. '

'This cabin is super cute and located in the slow village. The antique furnishings were beautiful. We were able to walk to the restaurant and pizza place, and our kids walked down the street to see the chickens many times. The restaurant was really yummy (chocolate mousse with salt) and the pizza place was just average and only took euros. The only thing I would wish for is a fan. It got warm upstairs at night, and we could not leave the windows open because mosquitoes would get in. The bbq area...

'This is a perfect accommodation for people looking for a bit of peace, and the Portuguese country life. You will find yourself surrounded by agricultural fields, and quiet beaches located just minutes away. Next to the house is an important hiking route through the fields. The house has a piece of land. The household is practical, and the owners are very friendly and helpful in answering any questions you may have. You will notice immediately that it is a pet friendly accommodation.'

'nothing but compliments, only 1 tip: a one pager with some local guidances (doctors, supermarkets, need for additional towels/toilet paper). the man that was present at our arrival only speaks portuguese and we didn't. although he was very friendly, he wasn't much of help'

'We hebben genoten van dit prachtige huis met zwembad veranda en grote tuin. De villa heeft een mooie huiselijk inrichting. Je voelt je er gelijk thuis. Ook de barbecue en pizza oven met buitenkeuken maken het compleet. Onze kinderen en kleinkinderen hebben genoten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.'

'Peaceful stay in a big house with all the necessary commodities. Peaceful surroundings, table for meals outside, great balconies and a hamek. The owner, Anna, was very welcoming and helpful. We hope to be back soon.'

'La casa es pequeña pero agradable y está recién reformada. Es del estilo tradicional de la zona. Cerca de playas maravillosas y del pueblo. El único inconveniente es que está junto a una carretera con mucho tráfico.'
