Pensions in Costa Verde

'I travel a lot yet seldom write reviews. So there must be a good reason to do this one. I am stingy so I am looking for value when booking a place. Re. this one, the owners conveniently forgot to mention that there is a COMMON bathroom for all the bedrooms on the floor (one bathroom for seven rooms on the floor where I stayed).
